Scholarships

The PLE will constitute an annual Scholarship Commission with at least 4 members, composed of the Course Coordinator, 2 representatives of the Program's faculty, one from each area of concentration, and the student representative.

For the granting and maintenance of scholarships, the Commission will adopt the following criteria:

I - Concession:

  1. Not having failure in subjects taken or concept C;
  2. Make the registration within the deadline set by the CA;
  3. Comply with the criteria defined by the Selection Committee for the granting of scholarships.

II - Maintenance:

  1. Not having failure in subjects taken or concept C;
  2. Make the registration within the deadline set by the CA;
  3. Demonstrate progress and good performance in their research activities, attested by a formal statement from the advisor, in a semi-annual report.

The attributions of the Scholarship Commission are:

1. Define the eligibility criteria and distribution of scholarships, in addition to those already listed in Art. 20;

2. Allocate the available scholarships, at any time, in the course, using the established criteria;

3. Disclose, with the faculty and students, the result of the application of the criteria used.

 

The Scholarship Commission will meet whenever necessary and will produce a recent to be disclosed to the student and faculty.

The decisions of the Scholarship Commission are subject to appeal to the ACADEMIC COUNCIL of the PLE.
